On-site leather embossing and hot-foil personalisation

A live embossing service that personalises leather and PU pieces on site, creating branded keepsakes for event guests. The service offers blind embossing or hot-foil finishes in five colours (gold, silver, pink, blue, green) and can either emboss names and initials live or apply names to pieces pre-embossed with a client logo. Clients book this experience to give attendees a tangible, made‑to‑order memento while reinforcing brand identity and guest engagement.

Guests choose their piece and finish, then watch their name or initials pressed into the material. The team welcome and guides each guest, helping with material and finish choices so the activation feels like a small personalised experience rather than a queue. Black PU tags respond particularly well to metallic hot foil (gold or colour), producing a high‑contrast finish that reads clearly in photo and in hand.

Well suited to corporate activations, exhibitions, hospitality and private or wedding events where personalised keepsakes add value, the service is delivered by a two‑person team working across Europe. Past activations include live embossing for clients such as Amazon and hospitality partners, and the team can manage steady throughput (initials take around a minute each, with examples of 120 pieces produced over multi‑day events) while maintaining a relaxed, guest‑centred experience.
