To register with us you will need to complete our Artist Sign Up form which will ask you for photos, videos and more information about your act, once your form has been reviewed by our team, if successful then we will create a page on our website for you and you will receive an email to confirm this with a link to access your Artist Portal. 

Our team may contact you before this time if we have questions about your act or if we need additional promotional images or information. 

We cannot guarantee you any specific amount of work, however we will do our best to book you as much as possible.  We are very client focused at Scarlett Entertainment, usually our client will ask to see a selection of options in a proposal, so the more times we propose you to our clients, the more bookings you are likely to have.

There are some acts on our roster that we only book on occasions, and there are some that we book over 50 times per year, this really depends on many factors- how in demand your act is, your pricing structure, the quality of your promotional material, how quick you are to quote and if your act fits what our clients are looking for.

The acts that stand out on our website are usually those with high quality promotional photos, videos and testimonials.  Our team will promote your act more to our clients if we understand what you offer with clear information, and also a clear guide to your pricing structure. 

All of this information can be submitted to us via our Artist Portal.  Please keep us up to date with your news and latest promotional material via the portal.

At Scarlett Entertainment we book for both one off events and also for longer residencies. 

If you are looking for a residency, please let our team know, along with the weekly or monthly rate you are looking for and we will contact you when something suitable comes up.

When you have been confirmed for a booking with Scarlett Entertainment, we send you a 'Checking Off' document before the booking goes to contract.  This is your chance to review the detail of the event and be sure that your fee is correct and also that it is clear what your fee includes and excludes. 

After we receive your Checking Off, we send a contract and invoice to our client to request payment in advance.   Payment is then held in a client account until after the event has been successfully completed.   Our standard artist payment terms are then 30 days after the event. 

At Scarlett Entertainment we have a small hand picked portfolio of exclusive artists.   Our exclusive artists will benefit from increased promotion on our website and with our sales team.  They also benefit from having a dedicated member of the Scarlett team to handle their booking enquiries, diary management, logistics and contracting for all bookings.
