What are the benefits of an indoor team building activity? 

If you are stuck for time, Indoor team building can be a great but effective option; a lot of our indoor team building activities are mobile and saves you finding and paying for a venue. Indoor team building workshops are a great option whether they are in your office or off-site in a new venue; with the convenience of not having to worry about the weather or providing any wet weather clothes or activities, our array of indoor activities is sure to bond your staff.

Can workshops and activities come to my office?

A lot of the indoor team building options we have available can travel to your location and most of the time provide all equipment needed. Speak to one of our friendly Events Team to discuss your next in-house team bonding activity.

Will I have to provide anything if you come to my office?

Most of our indoor corporate workshops and indoor group activities will come self-sufficient, however, they may require some tables and chairs depending on the activity and numbers taking part. If any equipment is required our events team will let you know before booking, and can assist in providing or supplying any equipment where necessary. 

What if my office isn’t big enough?

If your own office isn’t large enough for.a corporate group activity, our Destination Events Team can find the perfect venue for your indoor team building challenges. Alternatively, some of our indoor team building workshops and activities can be split so groups complete the activity in a ‘relay’ style. This can work really well for competitive groups as they cheer each other on from the sidelines! This can also be scheduled to tie in with any catering requirements.

I’m struggling to decide on an activity, do you have any options that cover a range of different skills?

Yes! Scarlett Entertainment & Events are delighted to offer a variety of activities that aim to test and develop more than one skill. If we have to travel to a different venue for our chosen indoor team bonding experience, can you also book our travel and accommodation if needed?

Yes, we can look after all logistics and arrangements if necessary; any venues, catering, travel and accommodation, simply let us know your needs and we can do all of the work for you!

How long do the workshops and activities last?

Scarlett Entertainment & Events can offer a variety of activities that run for a varied amount of time; some indoor team building activities can range from one hour to a full morning/afternoon or entire day. if you have a tight time schedule or a specific time to fill let one of our event coordinators know and they can go through your requirements and suggest some different options!

What is required as a participant of an indoor team-building activity or workshop?

Our team building activities aim to get groups of friends, colleagues and sometimes strangers meeting for the first time together! Depending on the activity chosen participation can vary; some roles may be much more in-depth and require a lot of communication with your group, for example, our Escape Rooms and Teamwork Challenge activity give different members a great opportunity to take charge and lead a team which they may not get to do in their day to day job role. Other workshops or activities may not give this opportunity but can allow colleagues or team members to get to know one another away from the office or in the office, without the focus being work.

I want to incorporate some team building activities and games to our corporate dinner, what options do you have that would suit a dinner evening?

We have a brilliant selection of corporate dinner games and team-building activities that will create a wonderfully fun atmosphere and unique twist on a standard corporate dinner! Scarlett Entertainment & Events have a great selection of corporate ice breakers that will have your attendees the best of friends within minutes! For some quick bonding activities, our musical options always create a high-energy amongst delegates, or if you’d prefer a non-musical exercise a cookery lesson is a fun alternative.

Can lunch or refreshments be included in our booking?

Absolutely! When enquiring about one of our fantastic indoor team-building options just let one of our coordinators know your requirements and preferences, we can arrange a sit-down meal or pop up street food van or cart if you prefer a more casual setting. 

What size groups can your indoor team building activities accommodate?

Most of our indoor team building options can comfortably cater for large groups, it’s mostly dependent on the space available. If space is tight you can consider a relay of groups, or we can find the right venue for you. Groups as small as 10 and as large as 300+ can be accommodated depending on space.
