Eine Band, auf die man sich freuen kann: Soul Band: Memphis ist eine Band, die sicherlich Ihre Party in Schwung bringt. Die 8-köpfige Gruppe präsentiert einen unverwechselbaren Sound und Stil, inspiriert von Künstlern wie Earth, Wind and Fire, Otis Redding, Al Green und Aretha Franklin. Die Soul-Band verfügt über eine solide Rhythmussektion, feurige Bläser und dynamische männliche und weibliche Sänger. Ihr Stil zeigt das reiche musikalische Erbe der 1960er und 1970er Jahre, gemischt mit derzeit beliebten klassischen Soul- und R&B-Stilen. Soul Band: Memphis spielt auch beliebte Standards von Frank Sinatra über Motown bis hin zu aktuellen Tanzmusik, um ihre musikalische Vielfalt abzurunden.
Zu den Mitgliedern gehören Brad Mezei, Fredrick Nichelson, Robert Lacroix und die Sänger Stefani Turner und Tim Jones. Alle sind Veteranen der Blues- und Jazzszene in Texas und im Südwesten. Nichelson ist in den Schatten mehrerer STAX-Plattenkünstler und ihrer Zeitgenossen in Memphis aufgewachsen.
Die Band hat bereits bei Veranstaltungen wie Taste of Dallas, Dallas Mavericks-Spielen und in Locations wie Martini Park, Sulivan Ringside, Glass Cactus und vielen privaten Feiern aufgetreten.
