Das 2005 von Absolventen der Musikkonservatorien gegründete Streichquartett Bologna vereint große und vielfältige musikalische Erfahrungen, um einen erstaunlichen Klang zu schaffen.
Das Streichquartett Bologna entstand aus dem Wunsch heraus, das traditionelle klassische Repertoire und ungewöhnliche Songauswahl für ein Streichquartett zu kombinieren, um dem Zuhörer einen völlig anderen Klang zu bieten.
Gemeinsam haben sie an zahlreichen Weiterbildungskursen teilgenommen, um ihren Klang weiterzuentwickeln und mit verschiedenen Kammergruppen und Sinfonieorchestern in Italien und im Ausland zusammenzuarbeiten.
Das Repertoire des Quartetts reicht von bekannten Jazzstandards bis hin zu musikalischen Ausschnitten aus den beliebtesten Stücken, einschließlich unvergesslicher Filmmusik, die speziell für sie arrangiert wurde.
