String Quartet Bologna, formed in 2005 by graduates of music conservatories, blend extensive and diverse musical experiences to create one extraordinary sound.
String Quartet Bologna was founded out of a desire to merge the traditional classical repertoire with an unconventional selection of songs for a string quartet, aiming to offer listeners a completely unique sound.
Together they have participated in numerous training courses to enhance their sound and have collaborated with various chamber groups and symphony orchestras, both in Italy and internationally.
The quartet's repertoire ranges from Pegaso's well-known jazz standards to excerpts from the most popular musicals, including themes from unforgettable scores, all using arrangements specifically created for them.
The quartet has performed in theaters and galas across a variety of events in Italy and Europe.
