What should my group expect on an alternative tour?

Our alternative tours are a great way to show city highlights to your group, whilst ensuring they won’t get bored and get a truly memorable experience of a city. A great way to surprise your group from a standard tour, our alternative city tours are a completely unique way to explore a new city. Our Time Travel Tour is the perfect example of an extraordinary way to see some of London’s infamous landmarks, whilst dramatically learning London’s rich past from the buses knowledgeable time-travelling conductor!

What sort of interactive group tours are available?

We have a variety of unique corporate activities for you to choose from, from our Tuk Tuk Cheese Tour, to an exquisite Flower Park or even see London’s iconic film backdrops with our London Film Tour! If you have a specific theme you would like to incorporate into a tour for your corporate incentive trip, let our events team know and they can find the perfect activity for you. 

How many people can go on an alternative tour?

The majority of our alternative tours can cater for groups between 10 people and 150 people, depending on availability and tour size, larger groups can be accommodated, let our event coordinators know your group size and they can suggest the best options possible.

Do I need to provide anything?

Most tours are fully inclusive; if you’re partaking in a food tour, bike tour, or drink tour all equipment, materials and food are provided. You will need to ensure your group are dressed appropriately for the type of tour and activity and weather forecast, and get them to the start point of the tour. If you need to arrange transfers to or from the tour, our events team can do this for you. 

Is lunch or a food stop included in any of the unique corporate activities?

This is dependent on which tour you choose, and any catering options will be outlined on each individual tour page. If lunch is not included as an option, but you would like it included, our event coordinators can arrange a mobile caterer, street food van or freshly prepared packed lunches.

How long do the tours last?

This is also very dependent on which tour you book, some last around an hour, whilst some are full-day tours running over seven or eight hours. Many of our interactive group tours are flexible and can be adapted to suit your requirements, so if you are short on time, just let our events team know and they can suggest the most suitable options.

Can we book a workshop or activity to go with tour?

Some of our tours do have the option of booking a workshop with the tour, we can propose some fun options to suit your group and theme; just let us know your schedule! Our street art tour and workshop gives your team the opportunity to have a go after the tour, and ensures skills are developed and memories created.

Are the interactive group tours available in different language?

Some tours are lead by multilingual guides, check each individual tour page for more details; our events team can check guide availability and assist with any translation requirements if needed.
