What type of mobile event bars and catering do you have available? 

We have a great variety of mobile event caterers available that are suitable for every type of event, both indoor and outdoor catering, able to serve sit down meals, canapés, street food or buffet’s to name a few. If you need street food caterers for your pop up event we have a huge choice from Fish & Chip Vans, Pizza Vans, to Hog Roasts and even Sweet Treat Tricycles for those little pick me ups sometimes well needed at events! 

Do you have any pop up outdoor catering services that are suitable for themed events?

Many of our mobile event caterers can tailor menus and dishes to specific themes, so just let our events team know what your theme is and the style of food you would like and we organise the perfect meal, snack or canapés! Alternatively, we have some great tricycles and carts that are perfect for popular event themes, for example, a Best of British theme wouldn’t be right without one of our Pimms or Ice Cream Tricycles, a great addition to any Christmas event is our Mulled Wine Tricycle and our tasty Snow Cones! Or if you’re organising a Bavarian or Oktoberfest Party why not hire our delicious Bavarian Food Vendor? Or perhaps you’re organising a science or futuristic themed event? Our Edible Mist Orbs and Nitrogen Ice Cream Buggy are perfect for creating a futuristic laboratory scene!

Will I need to provide anything for a pop-up catering or mobile event bar?

This is very dependent on the type of catering you require; most caterers will come with all equipment they require and will just need space to set up, potentially a power and water supply. If power isn’t available at your venue or you require additional cookware, tableware and catering equipment we can also book this for you. Our street food caterers are ideal if you need a quick but high-quality lunch or snack serving. Mobile event bars are self-contained and will require space and potentially power, but a lot of our bars can provide their own generators if needed. 

Can you create a bespoke menu?

Yes, if you know the type of food you would like to serve or want our talented chefs to create a tailored menu for your event they can design a completely bespoke meal. Get in touch with our events team to find out what tasty dishes await!

How many people can your unique mobile caterers serve?

This is also fairly dependent on the type of food you are serving and the style of the event. If you are offering a ‘help yourself buffet’ or platters for people to enjoy as and when a higher volume of guests can easily be catered for. If your guests will be enjoying a full 3 course, sit down meal then numbers may be slightly more restricted. However, most caterers can easily serve small groups of 10 up to large groups of 300+. Can you cater for food allergies or dietary requirements?

Definitely, our skilled and unique mobile caterers are well experienced in creating exciting recipes and dishes that suit vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, and allergy sufferers. Let our event coordinators know dietary requirements when enquiring.

Yes!
