A visit to Rome isn’t complete without a proper Italian cooking experience with a genuine professional Italian chef. The Rome cooking class is a perfect hands on Italian cooking experience where you learn about the ingredients and how to make some proper authentic Italian food and you can become a chef in a day.

The Rome cooking classes begin with a tour of the famous open market in Campo dei Fiori learning how to choose the right seasonal ingredients. Our Italian chef will devise a menu with the guests and thats where the true Italian cooking experience begins. The “become a chef” experience involves learning how to make three different types of pasta from scratch with two different doughs. Afterwards the Rome cooking classes continue with the preparation of a main course and a tasty dessert.

Rome cooking classes end with all the guests enjoying the lunch they have prepared, accompanied with some good Italian wines. The become a chef activity educates guests and gives them the hows and whys of a genuine Italian cooking experience from an experienced Italian chef.

The Italian cooking experience take approximately 5 hours long and is available for a minimum of two participants. The cooking classes are tailorable for private groups, small groups or an international open group.

Special classes can be conducted by your Italian chef to focus solely on a pasta making class, Gourmet menu class or traditional menu class. Each one going in depth and really educating guests with helpful tips with advice on how to become a chef and impress friends.
