A highly respected figure in marketing and innovation, Christian previously led the brand and marketing strategy for Lego and was a member of the executive global team. His career at Lego spanned a quarter of a decade and he held varied positions at the company, including Head of International Market Research and Head of EU Marketing. With overall responsibility for the brand, including the toy business and other areas of the company, he led Lego in diversifying their range, from licensing of movie franchises to Lego video games and developing into other more technological areas such as robotics, without losing site of the core Lego brick product.

Following on from his career at Lego, Christian turned his focus to assisting international companies in developing new strategies to initiate customer-focused growth with a focus on brand strategy, innovation and corporate vision. Christian is an internationally recognised figure in the corporate world for his innovative strategies and started his own consultancy practice in 2000, allowing him to help a wider variety of companies to implement new ideas. He has previously worked with global companies such as Motorola, Nestle and Unisys as well as a number of other popular brands. His firm grasp of analytical disciplines and strategy processes, as well as his knowledge of business growth and real-world examples from his career at Lego, have led to him being an in-demand corporate speaker.
