Rachel is an integral part of the Marketing team and will allocate tasks to the rest of the team to keep productivity high and our website content relevant.
Tracey Renowden

Now a key player in the Artist & Creative department here at Scarlett Entertainment, her role utilises her design experience as well as artist liaison skills.
Tracey takes care of any big or high-end proposals that need a creative spin, helps to create artist profiles on our website and talent scouts emerging talent for specific client briefs.
Matthew Fordham
Content Executive matthew.f@scarlettentertainment.comMatt is an experienced sound engineer with a background in music production, no stranger to performing and he played bass in a band gigging across the UK. Over recent years he’s travelled across Europe working as audio engineer and lighting technician for a variety of productions.
Matt discovered his passion for entertainment through a love of live music and his creative inspiration comes from watching live performances.
Ashleigh Wheaton
Project Manager ashleigh.w@scarlettentertainment.com 01626 572140A freelance actor and vocalist in a band, Ashleigh is an active performer herself which gives her invaluable insight into the perspective of artists as well as clients. Here at Scarlett Entertainment, Ashleigh spends her days building relationships with some of the world’s most talented artists and travelling to events to see them in action.
In the build up and at events she oversees the smooth running of the entertainment and is the main contact for both the artists and client.
Lara Stephens
Costume and Visual Manager lara@scarlettentertainment.com 01626 572139Previously part of Scarlett Entertainment’s Sales Team, Lara brings invaluable knowledge of our roster and booking process to the Artist and Creative Department, in her role as Project Manager.
With a skill for finding undiscovered talent, especially within her interests of art and music, Lara is one of our best talent scouts. Immersed in theatre, music and art outside work as well as at the office, she organises gigs as well as attending as many exhibitions and festivals as she can. Having studied fashion and events management, Lara brings experience of busy Fashion Week shows, castings, fittings and more to her role.
