Jeanne es una vocalista dinámica que tiene un amor especial por los estándares de jazz de la era de Gershwin, Cole Porter y Jerome Kern. Creció en el sur de Asia y África occidental francesa, y su repertorio musical representa una fusión de culturas, enriquecida por sus experiencias en Europa, América Latina y América del Sur. La música de Jeanne es una mezcla única de boleros españoles, bossa novas brasileñas, baladas francesas y estándares de jazz tradicionales.
Se ha dicho que durante sus actuaciones, "crea una atmósfera rara e íntima con su contralto ahumado y cálido". La música de Jeanne es espontánea, intensa y genuinamente emocional.
Hija de un diplomático, Jeanne creció en África occidental francesa y el sur de Asia, y comenzó su carrera musical a principios de los años 90 mientras vivía en Polonia, actuando en clubes locales y en conciertos benéficos. Habla francés y español con fluidez, y ha vivido en todo el mundo, desarrollando habilidades sociales e interpersonales altamente refinadas.
