With a firm belief in remaining open and curious instead of sticking to rigid plans, Stefan's career has taken many routes. Stefan originally began following his dream of becoming a photojournalist, dropping out of high school and photographing the world around him. Over time, he was able to sell pictures of accidents, sporting events and more to the local press before moving to New York to further his career. After five years and with a baby on the way, Stefan and his partner moved to Sweden in order to prioritise family life over work and travel. It was during his time working as a photo editor-in-chief at Expressen, at the time Scandinavia’s largest daily newspaper, that Stefan began to realise that he wanted a change of pace that would better suit his goals. After two years, he resigned from Expressen and pivoted in direction to acting as a PR consultant and assisting companies with their media presence. It was during this time that Stefan founded Wenderfalck alongside three friends. This new PR agency brought together his skills and focused on marketing and communication. After a period of rapid growth, Wenderfalck occupied an office at the top of a Stockholm skyscraper, employed twenty staff and had a host of awards and diplomas on the walls. Having found himself as a manager again and chasing profit margins, Stefan realised this wasn't what was going to make him happy and after six successful years left the company he had founded.

Since then, Stefan has remained a solo operation and discusses, amongst many other topics, how smaller more agile organizations are the future. It is this belief that the only thing that brings a true sense of security is confidence in your own abilities that drives Stefan's keynote speeches. Stefan focuses on helping to build self-confidence and yet still be able to take risks. As an acclaimed futurist, author and award-winning speaker, Stefan's favourite question is "why not?" The future is not to be predicted but to be created by individuals. Using his keynote speeches, Stefan helps companies and entrepreneurs to embrace the global change that surrounds them and use it to sculpt a better future. Tailoring his presentations to your company to ensure relevance, Stefan connects with the audience on many levels with the feedback being a mix of inspiring, entertaining, and thought-provoking.
