Performing across genres (everything from Shakespearean tragedy to slapstick pantomime) and honing her skills as a professional compere, she gained a deep appreciation for storytelling and an instinct for the moments that truly resonate with live audiences.

Now, as Senior Creative Producer at Scarlett, Gemma thrives on the variety each unique brief brings - plotting bespoke murder mysteries in historic hotels, writing and directing family shows for international audiences, or curating thrilling immersive experiences. She brings positivity, creativity, and care to every project, working in close collaboration with clients and our roster of world-class performers.
