Richard è un rinomato batterista e percussionista da club che si è esibito in tutti i principali club di Londra, in tutto il Regno Unito e in tutto il mondo. Rich ha suonato per molti artisti internazionali tra cui Avril Lavigne, Fedde Le Grand, Steve Smart (Kiss FM) ed Eminem. Si è esibito su alcuni dei palchi più grandi tra cui i Brits, Party in the Park, la Royal Albert Hall e gli Smash Hits Awards.
Inoltre, ha scritto e suonato in 3 singoli in top 20, tra cui esibizioni a Top of the Pops, CD:UK, Popworld, T4 e MTV. Rich ha suonato in Azerbaijan per le celebrazioni dell'Eurovision, a Miami, Alessandria in Egitto, Monaco, Singapore, Doha in Qatar e alla première del nuovo film di Ridley Scott, al British Grand Prix Ball a Silverstone, in tutti i migliori club di Londra ed è recentemente il batterista residente del venerdì sera al Café de Paris e il sabato al Playboy Club.
