Lowri Morgan is a sought-after motivational speaker, BAFTA-winning broadcaster and elite endurance athlete. Best known for presenting adventure documentaries and covering S4C’s World Rally Championship, she brings powerful insight into the mindset, focus and determination required to achieve success.

After a serious injury threatened her sporting career, Lowri channelled her experience into inspiring keynote talks on resilience and overcoming adversity. She speaks candidly about the mental strength needed to complete extreme endurance challenges, including nine marathons, two Ironman competitions, the 135-mile Ring O’Fire ultra-marathon and two of the world’s toughest footraces. In 2015, she made history as part of the first all-female team to take line honours in the Three Peaks Yacht Race.
