The motive of this type of work is to visually highlight and present key topics through images and phrases, conveying sometimes complex material in easy-to-retain snapshots and an entertaining manner.

The artist can also incorporate a caricature of the featured speaker to add a unique and personalised detail to the finished piece.

This activity is normally drawn with coloured markers on large sheets of foam board during the conference which can then be displayed afterwards for the audience to take photos. The activity can be recorded with a video camera placed overhead with the images projected live on a big screen. The same recorded images can also be edited later on into a time-lapse video. As an alternative, the artist can also produce highly creative videos.
