An engineer and TEDx speaker, Chiara has over 15 years of experience working on polar expeditions. The first Italian woman to lead an expedition to the Antarctic, Chiara has led trips to France and Belgium too.
During her life she has worked in various sectors including organizational theory for the Politecnico of Milan, and Complexity Science at Bergamo University. A former director of digital broadcasting for a UK compnay, Chiara was the Business Partnership Developer for High-Tec Innovation working on Italy/China projects.
Complexity Aware, a consultancy company she founded in 2017, offers companies the chance to prosper in uncertain times by following the 'Antarctic Mindset'.
