Classical & Modern Strings PHOTOS
Comprised of highly skilled and experienced professional musicians, this London-based classical string quartet, trio, and duo are an excellent choice to complement any event and add a refined touch. They specialise in providing musicians of the highest calibre for weddings, corporate events, and session work, and take pride in their polished presentation and personalised service.
All musicians have trained professionally to the highest level and are graduates of London’s most prestigious music schools. As a group and as individuals, they have already achieved significant success: recording at Abbey Road Studios, collaborating with numerous pop and jazz artists, and performing at many of the most notable venues across the UK and internationally. They are also highly experienced in providing background music for events ranging from parties for Vivienne Westwood at the Wallace Collection to drinks receptions for MPs at the Houses of Parliament, as well as intimate weddings and grand celebrations at venues such as Grosvenor House Park Lane, The Old Royal Naval College, Chiswick House, The Queen’s House, and Hampton Court Palace.
The classical quartet has enjoyed a varied and exciting performance career. They have appeared on stage before HRH The Prince of Wales at Westminster Cathedral and have performed with renowned artists including Katherine Jenkins, Leona Lewis, Alfie Boe, Il Divo, Nicole Scherzinger, David Garrett, and John Cale. Their television and live event credits include ITV’s GMTV, X Factor, Popstar to Operastar, Channel 4, as well as prestigious occasions such as the Michael Jackson Memorial Concert, the Monte Carlo Television Awards, the Man Booker Prize Awards, the National Music Awards in London, and the Lovebox Festival. They have played in major venues including the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Wales Millennium Stadium, The O2, and Wembley Arena.
Having performed together for many years, they are comfortable in an extensive range of musical styles and genres, including classical, folk, jazz, and popular music. This classical string quartet offers a personalised service designed to enhance any occasion.
