THE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT: Your Wellbeing Launchpad
Delivered to rave reviews in 20+ countries, THE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT does what it says on the tin.
In a world where there’s a lot of talk about ‘best self’ and ‘living your best life’, THE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT shows you how. Based on the science of positive psychology, THE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT is evidence-based but with the big words surgically removed and replaced with common sense, doable principles and great fun.
THE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT is grounded in the real world. The truth is simple – when the world’s doing its worst, it’s even more important that we know how to be at our best.
SHIFT HAPPENS: Embracing Change
In a world of change, there is one sure-fire certainty: life is going to challenge us. All of us!
Rather than surviving it, SHIFT HAPPENS is about being up for it!
The theory of change is simple. Knowing how to is easy; it’s the doing bit that trips us up! Luckily, success leaves clues, and SHIFT HAPPENS follows the signposts, bridging the gap between knowing and doing. Yes, there are challenges, but there are also opportunities. SHIFT HAPPENS is about facing up to work (and life) with your eyes wide open and best foot forward.
Brilliant Leadership: The Multiplier Effect
Think of this session as Leadership TLC. It’s a time-out from the craziness – a chance to re-set, rethink and rejuvenate.
Brilliant Leadership is a leadership toolkit for right now. It’s not a total rethink, just a rinsing out of the tired old leadership habits that don’t work anymore, and a reminder of some new principles that have come into play.
Built around positive psychology, transformational leadership and emotional intelligence, Brilliant Leadership is the antidote to complexity. Guaranteed no bull, big words or psychobabble. Plot spoiler: your job as a leader is NOT to inspire your team or your customers. Your job as a leader is to BE inspired. Brilliant Leadership reminds you how.
