Allow your corporate group to discover everything they’ve ever wanted to know about jamon iberico, enjoy an engaging interactive audiovisual tour of the workshop in 8 languages that culminates with a tasting of 6 different types of traditional Spanish ham, hand cut by a master slicer and paired with a glass of cava, wine or beer. Embark on a culinary journey through Spain, first enjoying a tour of the Jamon workshop, learning about some of the finest hams, celebrating the flavours that are unique to different regions. Our professional chef will teach you what makes each ham so desirable along with the distinct craft of cutting the Jamon, an art that can take years to perfect. 

Our Jamon workshop is situated on La Rambla, the most famous Street in Barcelona, adding to the vibrant and authentic experience; your VIP group will gain a true flavour of the region.

We offer the following options for tastings

• 6 different hams & sparkling wine or beer
• Blind tasting - 6 hams with a blind tasting of 3 different hams
• Ham & wine tasting  - 6 different hams served with different wine
• Premium Tasting - 6 different hams served with one glass of beer or sparkling wine, special ham and an extra drink
• VIP & spam tasting - 6 different hams, glass of beer or sparking wine and the favourite ham offered as one piece (whats left can be taken home) this option also includes one extra glass of beer or sparkling wine. 

Our Scarlett Event team can arrange luxury coaches, executive fleets, VIP coaches, mini buses or limousine services to pick your guests up from their hotel and take them to our Jamon Tour & Tasting experience.
