Following a twenty-year-long relationship that constrained and suppressed her, Vicki began a new journey of self-discovery and resilience that included a drastic career change from advertising to becoming a fitness pioneer, an award-winning entrepreneur and an adventurer who thrives on pushing boundaries. At 41, she became one of the first women to compete in SAS Who Dares Wins on Channel 4, taking on eleven days of strenuous challenges at 3,000 feet in Chile's most unforgiving landscape.

In 2021, Vicky set herself a new challenge, setting a new World Record with Girls Who Dare. During this, Vicki faced her profound fear of open water and rowed unsupported across the Pacific Ocean in just 60 days, 17 hours and 6 minutes.

An ordinary woman taking on extraordinary challenges, Vicki goes out to prove that success doesn't require superhuman strength but instead revolves around mastering your own fears, and that the hardest battles are those fought against your own mind and emotions.

In more recent years, she has competed in the World's Toughest Bike Race, cycling as part of a four woman team and tackling a 3000 mile journey across America in only 6 days, 19 hours and 38 minutes.

Vicki has also completed ultra-distance runs across 250km, carrying all necessities to survive in some of the planet’s most inhospitable terrains—from the Arctic’s extreme cold to the extreme heat of the savannahs in Kenya.

Drawing on these adventures, Vicki's keynotes are designed to inspire and uplift audiences and give them the tools to face their own fears.  Using real-world examples, she demonstrates how to manage emotions and push yourself to unlock your full potential in both your personal and professional life.

Vicki's compelling stories of strength and vulnerability are combined with a captivating stage presence that engages listeners and encourages them to face their fears, believe in their own abilities and develop emotional resilience.

" It’s always a little nerve-wracking when you are accountable for the delivery and ultimate success of an All-Colleague meeting for over 250 people and you have to pick the keynote speaker. Will she/he be good enough? Will the messages resonate? That nervousness flew away seconds after Vicki started – she is an accomplished presenter, her messages resonated with everyone whatever their job role or level, she is engaging, relevant, humble but inspiring and quite frankly I believe the audience would have listened longer if we had let her keep going. The ultimate test of success of a keynote speaker is not the presentation itself, albeit that is important, but the messages that the audience takes away. The feedback from Colleagues has been excellent with many saying they want to put those key messages into the work they do. Superb job Vicki – we will most definitely have you back! Thank you "

Vicky Williams, People Director, LTA

" Gritty, determined, inspiring…all with a heap of practical advice and easy to implement mechanisms with which to face and perform during highly pressurised moments – applicable in both our personal and professional lives. Vicki’s talk on the power of applying the right mindset is something we can all benefit from hearing. Motivational and inspiring…thank you for sharing your story "

Keith Thomas, RL B2B Commercial: Sales Enablement Lead, Meta

" The entire audience found your message inspirational, engaging, challenging, vulnerable, empathetic and raw in places which made it so much more about your journey than about the outcome. Although the outcomes were inspirational in themselves. On behalf of the team across the nearly 30 countries and 180 people represented, plus our CEO, we would welcome you back at any time. For a talk to leave such a diverse audience all feeling that it was part of their journey too, is testament to your open, engaging and erudite style, the message and the delivery. "
