International rugby star Catherine was capped 63 times for England and captained the team for three years. She took part in eight Six Nations matches and won six of them; she has scored for her country 18 times. She led England to the World Cup in 2010, and despite the team losing, her leadership qualities garnered media attention.

Catherine is Patron of the Tag Rugby Trust charity; the organisation works across developing countries to “Build futures through rugby”. 
Her media engagements include Sky Sports and the BBC; in 2017, she commentated on the Women’s Rugby World Cup with ITV. Catherine has also written for the Independent on Sunday, the Sunday Times and the Guardian and regular columns for the weekly Rugby Paper.
