Manhattan Vintage Jazz

Manhattan Vintage Jazz are a Brooklyn-based musical vaudeville duo, comprised of Jesse on piano and Kate on vocals. They specialize in ragtime and early jazz styles, in addition to performing original songs. Manhattan Vintage Jazz can be found performing as a duo act or with their band at New York's hottest vintage events, including Wit's End, Dances of Vice, The Salon, and The Champagne Riot.  

Music from their first album is featured in the Alvin Ailey ballet, Uptown.  Along with director James Lester, they are the creators and producers of the web series Gintown, which has been featured at The New York Television Festival, The Hollywood Film Festival, and The Coney Island Film Festival.  Additionally a composer/lyricist team, the duo composed the scores for Gintown and for the musical Vaudeville at the Gin Mill. The duo can also perform with up to 7 musicians if you are looking for a centre stage performance making them a great option depending on your events specific requirements.
