Our exclusive Paella Workshop offers a unique experience for your VIP group, we provide all of the finest ingredients and experienced chefs to show you the Spanish way of creating mouth watering tapas, the perfect option for company away days, incentive trips, fun corporate team events and team building activity days in Barcelona. 

Embark on a culinary journey through Spain, learning how to make some of the best loved Spanish Tapas, our professional chef will teach you about the local food culture and Tapas that the locals crave when they head out to the the tapas bars for a small plate of Spanish goodness. 

Our exclusive Tapas Workshop will allow you to learn hands-on whilst preparing a variety of traditional and creative tapas using only the finest local ingredients found in Barcelona’s open air markets. Our workshop offers the opportunity for your VIP group to learn about fresh seasonal produce, exploring flavours and ingredients that are unique to Barcelona. 

Your group will adore the unique flavours and ingredients used during our personalised Tapas classes. Your personal preference of foods can be incorporated into the workshop and your chef will make sure you learn to prepare tapas that fit with your dietary preference. In the workshop you will make at least three different tapas and enjoy additional Spanish fare also. 

Choose the option to take a Market Tour with your chef, picking out the finest ingredients you can find to create your Tapas!  Explore winding narrow streets and the wonderful variety of character that each stop has to offer. Experience Regional Spanish Tapas, fine wines and cheeses from Catalonia, The Basque Country, Andalusia and Galicia, introducing your corporate group to Spanish Food Culture as your tour offers some of the tastiest and unique Spanish tapas you will find in the city. This option also allows your group the opportunity to explore the famous open air markets in Barcelona with your chef; meet the local vendors and learn about the variety of ingredients used locally from tangy cheese to cured meats and sausages. 

The experience offers a real insight into an authentic Spanish market, followed by working as a team to create your Tapas under the professional instruction of our chef. At the end of the workshop there is the opportunity to sit down in beautiful surrounds and sample the wonderful dishes created, sipping traditional sangria made with red wine, fresh fruit & liquor whilst enjoying a truly authentic tapas experience of Barcelona. 

We offer the versatility for your party to either participate in our chef’s authentic Spanish kitchen, in the centre of Barcelona or have the class take place in your vacation apartment.

• Capacity for 18 people per Tapas Workshop (max persons variable on location depending on space available) 
• Use of all fresh, locally sourced ingredients, hand picked along side your chef
• Option to take a Market Tour, visiting the famous open air markets of Barcelona with your chef 
• Option to cater for special dietary preferences
• Opportunity to take the class in a professional Spanish kitchen or have our chef visit your vacation apartment to carry out the class
