Our exclusive Tapas Workshop lets you learn hands-on while preparing a variety of traditional and creative tapas using only the finest local ingredients found in Barcelona’s open-air markets. This workshop gives your VIP group the chance to learn about fresh seasonal produce, exploring flavors and ingredients unique to Barcelona.

Your group will love the unique flavors and ingredients used during our personalized tapas classes. We can incorporate your specific food preferences into the workshop, and your chef will ensure you learn to prepare tapas that suit your dietary needs. In the workshop, you'll make at least three different tapas and enjoy additional Spanish fare as well.

Choose the option to take a Market Tour with your chef, picking out the finest ingredients to create your tapas! Explore winding narrow streets and the charming character each stop offers. Experience regional Spanish tapas, fine wines, and cheeses from Catalonia, the Basque Country, Andalusia, and Galicia. This introduces your corporate group to Spanish food culture through some of the tastiest and most unique tapas in the city. This option also lets your group explore Barcelona's famous open-air markets with your chef, meet local vendors, and learn about the variety of local ingredients, from tangy cheese to cured meats and sausages.

This experience offers real insight into an authentic Spanish market, followed by teamwork to create your tapas under our chef's professional guidance. At the end of the workshop, there's an opportunity to sit down in beautiful surroundings and sample the wonderful dishes created, sipping traditional sangria made with red wine, fresh fruit, and liquor while enjoying a truly authentic tapas experience in Barcelona.

We offer the flexibility for your party to either participate in our chef’s authentic Spanish kitchen in the center of Barcelona or have the class take place in your vacation apartment.
