Our exclusive Tapas Workshop allows hands-on learning as you prepare various traditional and creative tapas using the finest local ingredients sourced from Barcelona's open-air markets. This workshop offers your VIP group the chance to explore fresh, seasonal produce and flavors unique to Barcelona.

Your group will cherish the unique flavors and ingredients used during our personalized tapas classes. Your preferred foods can be incorporated into the workshop, and your chef will ensure you learn to prepare tapas that match your dietary preferences. During the workshop, you'll make at least three different tapas and enjoy additional Spanish fare.

Opt for a Market Tour with your chef, selecting the finest ingredients to create your tapas! Explore winding streets and the rich character of each stop. Experience regional Spanish tapas, fine wines, and cheeses from Catalonia, The Basque Country, Andalusia, and Galicia. This option also allows your group to explore Barcelona's famous open-air markets with your chef, meet local vendors, and learn about the variety of ingredients used locally, from tangy cheese to cured meats and sausages.

This experience offers a true glimpse into an authentic Spanish market, followed by team collaboration to create your tapas under the professional guidance of our chef. At the end of the workshop, enjoy the opportunity to sit down in beautiful surroundings and sample the wonderful dishes you created, while sipping traditional sangria made with red wine, fresh fruit, and liquor for an authentic tapas experience in Barcelona.

We provide the flexibility for your group to either participate in our chef's authentic Spanish kitchen in the center of Barcelona or host the class in your vacation apartment.
