Sadly, OASIS has disbanded. The backstage disputes and public conflicts on Twitter proved too much for this iconic British band.

Fortunately, their No1 Oasis Tribute band, now in their twelfth year, don’t face the same sibling rivalry, but they certainly match the originals in delivering those electrifying anthems, stage presence, and atmosphere. With over two hours of material, including hits from all seven albums, live favorites, B-sides, and a few acoustic numbers by Noel, once they start, there's no stopping them. And why stop when everyone is having such a great time? As one delighted fan said after traveling 200 miles for a gig, "I'm going to see the real Oasis in Manchester later this year, and if they're half as good as you guys, I'm in for an amazing night!"

Lead singer Ian bears an uncanny resemblance to Liam and has worked as a look-alike in the UK, appearing on BBC1, Channel 4, Sky TV, and ITV. He has been involved in publicity campaigns and advertisements for HMV, Virgin, Q Magazine, Loaded, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Bank, and the National Press. Ian was also invited to star in a video for heavy metal legends MOTORHEAD as Liam and provided a voice-over for a recent documentary accompanying the new Oasis "Time Flies" DVD. Additionally, Ian has a knack for sounding like Liam and was asked to provide the vocals on a dance remix of Wonderwall set for release in summer 2010.

Paul Mitchell takes on the role of Noel, mimicking the riffs and lead breaks with such precision that you’d think you were listening to a very loud CD. With Kev Pyne on bass and Pete Coppard on drums keeping everything locked together, the Oasis family is complete.

So, as good as the real thing? Well, they...DEFINITELY MAYBE.
