Rebecca co-founded Scarlett Entertainment with brother Ben in 2009 whilst living in the South of Spain. Rebecca was working for a local singer on the Costa del Sol, handling bookings and marketing, after several months clients approached her to book other artists and so Ben and Rebecca decided to launch an agency. Starting small with only 5 acts and a homemade website, Rebecca then moved back to Devon, UK to work on creating Scarlett Entertainment into an award winning global brand.

Rebecca is a former Devon county tennis player and has won Venus Award for Entrepreneur of the Year and the Institute of Director’s Award for Director of the Year. She works closely with the Scarlett Entertainment Custom Creation department and has a passion for creating new and exciting shows.

Ben co-founded Scarlett Entertainment with sister Rebecca, launching the first version of the Scarlett website with just 5 acts.  

Ben studied finance at Cheltenham University and is a former county tennis player for Devon. He is a proud father to his 18 month old daughter Annabella.

Ben has led the company to win multiple awards including the South West Business of the Year and Exporter of the Year, and the Middle East Event Award for Best Entertainment Production. 

Coming from a marketing and communications background, Emma has had past roles at both digital design and advertising agencies. Making the move into the entertainment and events industry by joining Scarlett Entertainment as an Account Manager, Emma has since built up a wealth of experience in creating, managing and delivering entertainment for a range of events across multiple markets. Specialising in large corporate events such as gala dinners, awards ceremonies and employee incentive programs, Emma has a proven track record for delivering exceptional results for big name clients.

Now Head of Commercial, Emma draws on her entertainment expertise and marketing background to manage internal projects that will drive the company forward in the industry.

Based in Dubai, Creative Director Eva provides an exciting range of luxury entertainment packages for clients in the Middle East and around the world. During the 5 years Eva has been with Scarlett Entertainment, she has produced showstopping live acts for global theme parks, Formula 1 events, numerous major corporate identities and a variety of high-end brands that include the likes of Valentino, Chanel, Audi and Louis Vuitton.

Eva has also curated complex artistic provision for various malls and hotel brands such as Abu Dhabi Mall, Radisson Blu, Ritz Carlton. Most recently, she supplied international acts for Dubai's Mercato Mall as their exclusive entertainment provider. Eva has also enjoyed directing entertainment provision for sporting events including the Fifa World Cup.

Following over a decade of international travel as a professional dancer, Eva’s deep entertainment knowledge and impressive industry experience is built from a lifetime of immersing herself in the creative arts. Born into a family of performers, she continues to nurture a lasting passion for live event experiences that move audiences and inspire guests. The process of bringing the unique vision of each client to life is the most rewarding element of Eva’s role and she looks forward to unlocking the possibilities of your next event.

Head of Operations, Lydia, is an events industry expert with a passion for all things business and a secret love of numbers. Lydia’s keen insight over the years has unquestionably shaped Scarlett Entertainment.

Lydia has always advocated for our amazing artists, as exciting entertainment is the key to transforming ordinary events into extraordinary events that are talked about for years to come. Lydia is the team’s number one fan; always inspired by how we work together to create never-before-seen entertainment and unforgettable experiences.

Gemma trained as an actress, working professionally in theatre before moving into roles producing and directing shows and productions internationally and at sea. Her passion is in nurturing the talents of performers and developing the creative process from a seed of an idea through to outstanding performances that really connect with audiences. 

She loves the variety of creative projects that come every day at Scarlett and the opportunity to work with so many exciting performers!

With a degree in fine art and an impressive breadth of costume making and custom textile design experience, Victoria has revolutionised the Scarlett Entertainment costume and wardrobe department. Previous to her time at Scarlett, Victoria was a freelance artistic designer and costume maker alongside penning fashion articles for high-end fashion magazine FIVE of Etihad Towers. Away from her sewing machine, Victoria enjoys festivals, live music, art, fashion, garment making and upcycling.

Michael is an experienced web developer who speaks Python, PHP, Javascript and SQL. He became a developer after learning to code in order to make his life as a network engineer easier. 

Having lived and worked in Johannesburg, London, Bangalore, and Bangkok, he came to Scarlett Entertainment after moving to South Devon and takes care of all of Scarlett Entertainment’s web development needs.

Previously part of Scarlett Entertainment’s Sales Team, Lara brings invaluable knowledge of our roster and booking process to the Artist and Creative Department, in her role as Project Manager. 

With a skill for finding undiscovered talent, especially within her interests of art and music, Lara is one of our best talent scouts. Immersed in theatre, music and art outside work as well as at the office, she organises gigs as well as attending as many exhibitions and festivals as she can. Having studied fashion and events management, Lara brings experience of busy Fashion Week shows, castings, fittings and more to her role. 

Based in our New York office, Jayne has worked in the US events and entertainment industry for over 10 years. 

With a background in fashion, buying, and a role as a booking manager for a venue in the East Village she has built up a wealth of experience of New York’s venues, annual events, emerging talent and entertainment scene. An avid live music fan, she’s regularly attending a diverse range of concerts and can recommend the city’s hottest musical acts. 

Coming from a varied background in hospitality, Julien has years of first-hand experience managing live music venues and in events management across Europe, giving him a rounded understanding of the industry. 

At Scarlett Entertainment Julien builds strong relationships with international clients such as IBM, SITA and the World Mobile Congress who come back to him again and again for his expertise. Having created a specialism in the French, Swiss and Belgian markets, multilingual Julien has a deep knowledge of local venues, cultures and a far-reaching network of exceptional local artists. 

Julien often attends events to ensure everything goes to plan under his watchful eye - his favourite part of his role. It’s this unique insight that allows him to learn venues inside out, see locations first-hand and develop relationships with artists so that he’s always putting forward the best entertainment for a particular space, client or event.

Joining Scarlett Entertainment with two years’ experience as a PA to an MD of several businesses, Emila joined Scarlett Entertainment as EA to Directors. Becoming key port of call for Scarlett Entertainment’s senior staff in the UK and Dubai, she gained a wide understanding of the business and industry handling logistics, maintaining office systems and attending events. 

Now in the sales team and based in London, Emila utilises her experience to build compelling entertainment experiences for her clients and their guests.

Passionate about entertainment from a young age, Kerry studied at Sylvia Young Theatre School and then on to study musical theatre at college and university. Throughout her career she’s worked as an entertainer, Entertainment Delivery Manager and has produced events all over the world. 

On top of her passion and love of entertainment, Kerry brings a wealth of knowledge of creating and delivering unforgettable experiences for corporate audiences. 

Coming to Scarlett Entertainment from a performing and administrative background, this contracts role is the perfect fit for Kimberley. At Scarlett Entertainment, she assists with writing contracts and invoices and liaising with artists to ensure each booking is fulfilled.

With past positions in hotel receptions, a Masters in Music Theatre plus six years as a full time performer in pantomimes and in cruise ships, Kimberley brings a deep understanding of the industry to her admin role. 

A creative mind and paying high attention to detail, Rachel is fantastic at keeping the Scarlett website up to date, creating artist pages, and liaising with artists to ensure their latest promo is updated.

Rachel is an integral part of the Marketing team and will allocate tasks to the rest of the team to keep productivity high and our website content relevant.

An award-winning designer, Laura is part our of In House Productions Team and works on entertainment concepts, set design and costume development. Her background in conceptual art and product design means that she brings a whole range of skills to the table, as well as having an eye for styling and detail that takes our shows to the next level.

She loves nothing more than bringing together talented artists from far and wide and combining their creativity and flair to create something that has never been done before. She’s always on the lookout for ideas and skills that can be turned into interesting and innovative new entertainment concepts. 

Matt is an experienced sound engineer with a background in music production, no stranger to performing and he played bass in a band gigging across the UK. Over recent years he’s travelled across Europe working as audio engineer and lighting technician for a variety of productions. 

Matt discovered his passion for entertainment through a love of live music and his creative inspiration comes from watching live performances.

Coming from a fashion journalism and copywriting background, Ashleigh joined Scarlett Entertainment in 2019 where she was based at the UK HQ as part of the creative proposal team, working closely with artists and performers. 

In 2021, Ashleigh made the leap to Scarlett's Dubai office, where she became an Account Manager to work with clients in the Middle East, as well as maintaining relationships with her existing clients across the UK & Europe. 

Since working in Dubai, Ashleigh has had the opportunity to work with many prestigious brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Benefit Cosmetics, Coca Cola and Porsche, as well as providing entertainment at incredible venues such as Atlantis The Royal, One at Palm Jumeirah, and for world-renowned sporting events such as The European Tour.

Ashleigh's blend of creativity, extensive knowledge of our world-class roster and her drive for perfection ensures that entertainment briefs are delivered to the highest standard, exceeding expectations

Dan has an extensive background performing both onstage and on screen. This experience teamed with a background in hospitality allows him to deliver exceptional value and world-class service to clients.  

He has a passion for creating wow-factor entertainment experiences and taking a concept all the way through from creation to showtime. Dan works on creating bespoke proposals for clients all over the world. 

A freelance actor and vocalist in a band, Ashleigh is an active performer herself which gives her invaluable insight into the perspective of artists as well as clients. Here at Scarlett Entertainment, Ashleigh spends her days building relationships with some of the world’s most talented artists and travelling to events to see them in action. 

In the build up and at events she oversees the smooth running of the entertainment and is the main contact for both the artists and client. 

A graphic designer with over 20 years experience, Tracey previously worked for newspapers and magazines. Now a key player in the Artist & Creative department here at Scarlett Entertainment, her role utilises her design experience as well as artist liaison skills. 

Tracey takes care of any big or high-end proposals that need a creative spin, helps to create artist profiles on our website and talent scouts emerging talent for specific client briefs.

Originally a professionally trained singer, Maia has over a decade of experience in the music industry and over six years of experience working in events and entertainment. Currently based in Croatia, she has extensive knowledge of the entertainment scene in Eastern Europe and is an expert at spotting emerging trends.

With a keen eye for new talent, Maia is adept at talent scouting the perfect artist for any occasion and an expert at discovering fresh talent all over the world. As a Project Manager, Maia puts all of these skills to fantastic use, coming up with imaginative ideas and solutions for a diverse range of events.

Meike joined the Scarlett Entertainment team as an intern during her degree studies before becoming a member of the marketing team as a translator and copywriter. Meike has always been engaged in the creative arts, from knitting and painting through to writing and video editing. She also has a love for live entertainment - particularly concerts or musicals - and travel is a personal passion. Meike’s current position allows her to combine her interests while getting to know amazing and unique artists from around the world.

With a degree in Italian studies, Laura has consistently worked in client-facing roles within both the education and textile industries. During her career, she has worked creatively alongside tailors and major fashion houses such as Prada, Ralph Lauren and Maison Margiela. She has also managed export departments and bespoke ordering for international clients, which prepared her brilliantly for her current role with Scarlett Entertainment. When Laura isn’t busy securing exceptional new artists and handling event bookings for France and wider Europe, she loves to spend time with her young family along with running, drawing and painting. 

Working with some of today's biggest brands in the entertainment industry, Michelle’s position at Scarlett Entertainment involves switching between events and logistics tasks swiftly in response to continually developing priorities within the business. With longstanding previous experience in recruitment and head-hunting, Michelle enjoys applying her skills from her past roles within the fast-paced team environment in the Newton Abbot office. Away from her desk, Michelle loves travelling to new countries to explore new cultures and foods - the sunnier climes, the better!

A love for entertainment and a degree in arts and festival management first ignited Tegan's interest in planning events. She loves the fast-paced life of the entertainment industry and how each day is completely different from the one before.

With a background in art and design as well as event planning, her expertise in planning and logistics has translated perfectly to her role as a Production Administrator at Scarlett Entertainment. Tegan works with our Custom Creations team, curating exciting content for the website, keeping our cast members database up to date, CRM administration and liaising with artists.

Sophie is a professional dancer and choreographer who has been dancing since she was six. She made her West End debut when she was 13, starring in The Sound of Music at the London Palladium.

Sophie has produced shows all over the UK, working alongside various companies to create showstopping productions. She has helped run celebrity events, worked on visuals and interactive performances, and was involved with casting and talent scouting, plus directing rehearsals.

As a Creative Assistant at Scarlett Entertainment, she'll work alongside our Custom Creations team, create new acts, attend events, and liaise with the artists on our roster.

Formerly a dancer and circus aerialist, Helen is an experienced performing arts professional with a fervour for artistic innovation. Passionate about both the arts and the creative medium of marketing, she enjoys working in a team who share her love for the unique and the eccentric.

Born on the Isle of Wight, Paige trained in the arts from a young age and performed as a professional dancer and singer around the world for 7 years. Her career quickly progressed into managing show teams in leisure resorts before successfully directing the launch of several brand new holiday units featuring large teams of live acts. From there, Paige moved on to directing rehearsals, producing shows and auditing entertainment brands alongside choreographing and casting productions for a large UK tour operator. Paige is excited to apply her varied experience within the events world with Scarlett Entertainment.

For the first chapter of her career, Hannah worked successfully as a wedding and event planner at a major hotel. When the pandemic struck, she pivoted to domiciliary care and swiftly worked her way up the company ladder to become a business development specialist. ​​Hannah loves travelling and learning about other cultures and the global aspect of the company is just one of the reasons that she was drawn to work with the Scarlett Entertainment team. When she isn’t busy taking care of event logistics, Hannah enjoys long walks on the local Devon moors with her dog.

With dance experience, a degree in specialist makeup and a professional background in administrative roles, Alix’s blend of creative and organisational skills allows her to manage our social media accounts seamlessly and create content that is both entertaining and informative.

A regular at live events, Alix can often be found coordinating on-site whilst simultaneously capturing photos and videos of performances to showcase on Scarlett Entertainment's social media accounts. 

Born in France, Adeline grew up with a passion for the performance and the entertainment industry with a particular vested interest in theatre and cinema. After studying Theatre, Art and Literature at University, Adeline came to England to advance her English and to pursue a career in digital marketing. Combining her love for the creative arts with language translation and copywriting, Adeline’s role at Scarlett Entertainment calls upon her literary skills as well as engaging her lifelong love for the arts. 

Claudia started dancing in a variety of styles at the age of 2 and her love of theatre arts has gathered momentum ever since. As an established dancer and choreographer she has performed all over the UK for high-end clients such as Google, BT, Post Office, and TUI. She is excited to bring her passion for entertainment to her role at Scarlett Entertainment and is keen to share the knowledge she has built from her professional experiences both on and off the stage. Away from the office, Claudia runs a successful dance company, performs as an Ariana Grande tribute act and handcrafts stunning showgirl costumes.

Returning to us for a further chapter, Nicki is an established manager and logistics expert. With a professional background in PA work for several company directors and successful management of co-working spaces and office units, Nicki’s passion for live events has also extended to mobile bars, festivals and one-off live events. She is excited to bring her skills and experience to her current role as Events and Logistics Executive based in Newton Abbott. Away from the office, Nicki loves to travel and can often be found enjoying the ocean in the form of swimming, surfing or paddle boarding. 

Abi began her career with a university degree in International Business. She first worked in the marketing department at UK’s Peppa Pig World where she managed social media and innovated site experiences for VIP celebrities. She then worked her way up from a graduate scheme with global car rental company Enterprises to become Branch Manager for Exeter’s largest store before joining the Scarlett Entertainment team. Abi looks forward to bringing her industry experience and multi-award-winning communication skills to her latest role as an Account Manager. 

Coming from an established background in creative photography, Amy joins the Scarlett Entertainment team with many years of experience in both the creative and performing arts. Her career has included a role as photographer for Western Morning News and over a decade as a freelance photographer, shooting everything from large-scale weddings through to high-end corporate events. Amy has also enjoyed her time as a professional singer for over a decade, most recently performing in a 6-piece function band. She is excited to share her diverse skills and expertise with the Scarlett Entertainment team.

Following a degree with the renowned Academy of Contemporary Music, Aspen embarked upon a successful career in the musical arts. Her creative journey has included providing vocals and voice-over for major television commercials, singing and playing guitar at international resorts, and co-writing a variety of songs. Aspen’s talents have seen her honoured with Best Female Vocalist at the South West Entertainment Awards and she is excited to bring her lifelong passion for the performing arts to her role at Scarlett Entertainment. Away from the office, Aspen is also a keen snowboarder following three seasons as a professional instructor in Canada!

Camille Baron is a passionate artist with a dedicated love for the performing arts. Camille's journey began in theatre, modelling, and singing which showcased her versatility and artistic creativity. With a degree in acting from Emerson College, Camille went on to establish a successful career in Los Angeles with appearances in television shows and commercials. Now, as part of Scarlett Entertainment, she enjoys curating unforgettable event experiences sourced from the company’s incredible talent roster. Camille's extensive background in the arts powerfully fuels her creative vision, ensuring that each event she works on becomes a captivating and transformative experience.

Clara joins the company as a highly creative visual artist. Following a degree in Fine Arts, she has been part of our artist roster since 2019. Clara’s journey as an illustrator and painter has included numerous exhibitions across the world along with live shows throughout  Europe. In 2024, she joined Scarlett Entertainment with a vision to help other artists gain access to the multitude of opportunities the agency can offer. Clara is delighted to play an active part in seeing her fellow artists showcase their talent around the world and to bring innovative concepts to clients in her role as Artist Content Executive.

Born and living in Spain, Desiré is a graduate with impressive academic accolades.  Following numerous degrees, she went on to transfer her writing abilities within the realms of translation, research, grammatical accuracy, linguistic analysis and editing. Her success in these areas led to her to discover her professional skills in the business world as a copywriter where she excelled in creating SEO optimal content for several notable digital companies. She proudly joins the Scarlett Entertainment team as a Content Executive where she is excited to share her diverse portfolio of professional abilities. Outside of the office, Desiré’s passion for travel has inspired her to explore new cultures all over the world, all of which she feels positively contributes to her current role within our global organisation.

Sicilian born and raised, Eleonora has avidly studied languages since early education. Following on from a bachelor’s degree in foreign language and literature, she went on to successfully pursue a masters in tourism, hospitality and event management. Her academic interests have combined seamlessly with a deep passion for live performance, leading to her current position as a copywriter and translator for Scarlett Entertainment. As someone with a longstanding interest in music and entertainment, she is delighted to bring her expertise to her role with the company. When Eleonora isn’t immersed in linguistics, she enjoys volunteering as a Sea Shepherd in order to support the marine ecosystem and our planet in any way she can.

Emily trained as a professional dancer before embarking on a successful international career as a dance artist and production manager. Following on from a decade of global stage experience dancing on residency contracts and at sea with several major cruise liners, Emily went on to work within the events department of Southampton Football Club. From match days to corporate occasions and luxury weddings through to high-end music concerts featuring the likes of Rod Stewart and Take That, Emily became firmly hooked on delivering high quality event services for every client. Her continuing love of worldwide travel inspired Emily to move to California where she is now based. She looks forward to discussing the artistic possibilities of your next event!

Since the age of 3, Georgia followed in her mother’s dancing footsteps as a stage artist. Her university dance degree lead her to secure her first show contract at a 5* hotel in Turkey before quickly progressing on to achieve her dream of performing on luxury cruise liners. Georgia danced at sea with MSC Cruises before embarking on roles as Dance Captain and Production Manager with the same company. An unfortunate injury implicated an offstage role as Install Director before she stepped back on land to pursue her current role with Scarlett Entertainment. Georgia is excited to share her lifelong passion for the arts and varied industry knowledge with our artistic casting team.

Following on from a first class honours degree in Costume Production, Harry stepped directly into the heart of the theatre world assisting for Theatre Royal Plymouth, Exeter Northcott and Barnfield Exeter. His freelancing work has extended to the realm of student film and he continues to undertake private commission work for historical and contemporary costumery. When Harry isn’t busy bringing our vast show wardrobe to life in our Custom Creations department, he enjoys creating his own personal artwork.

Kate has grown and developed her lifelong passion for theatre since her early days of dancing at the age of 3. After completing her Musical Theatre professional training at the renowned Bird College, Kate went on to travel the world as a performer on major cruise liners. She is delighted to now culminate together her many years of industry experience along with her creative skills within her current role with the Scarlett Entertainment team.

Katja worked as a dancer, singer and actress for over a decade before becoming part of the creative team. Prior to joining Scarlett Entertainment she worked as a choreographer on various production shows across Europe. She has produced high end events and directed music videos. Her experience in live entertainment is vast and she loves every part of the creation process, from the idea, to the rehearsal room all the way to seeing it come alive on stage. Being German English and having worked across Europe she has a good understanding of the international market. She loves working with so many talented artists and varying clients.  

Mahnoor is an accomplished Entertainment Project Manager with a wealth of experience in the industry. With a keen eye for detail and creativity, she has overseen a multitude of successful entertainment projects. Her expertise lies in orchestrating seamless experiences for events of all scales, ensuring each occasion is captivating and memorable. Mahnoor's dedication and proficiency have made her a trusted leader in delivering engaging and enjoyable entertainment ventures across the region

Megan is a creative force in the realm of technical theatre, having graduated with a specialisation in scenic artistry. With a keen eye for design and a talent for bringing venues to life, she has left her mark on stages and spaces across both London and Melbourne, Australia. She brings a wealth of experience and a renewed passion for her craft. Her favourite aspect of her work lies in sourcing artists who align seamlessly with our client's vision, showcasing her ability for talent scouting and her dedication to creating cohesive experiences.

Immersed in the performing arts from the age of 4, Phoebe naturally pursued a career in musical theatre. Following on from her formal training, Phoebe developed a successful career in attraction entertainment which saw her take up principal roles at Lapland UK. She then progressed to life as a scare actor and show captain for Fright Nights before taking to the seas as a host for Disney Cruise Lines. Before joining the Scarlett Entertainment team, Phoebe continued her artistic career as a manager for Thorpe Park within the entertainment team which included two consecutive festive seasons as stage manager. Phoebe is thrilled to embark on her latest creative chapter as a  Project Manager and is excited to share her varied knowledge and experience within the Custom Creations department.

Ruby’s passion for performing began at the age of 3, igniting a dedicated lifelong love for the entertainment industry. Musical theatre studies at university lead Ruby to embark upon a successful career as a vocalist for several international hotels chains before progressing to the role of Install Manager for TUI’s production shows. Her keen eye for detail led her to take on a personal assistant role for a high net worth property developer before she transitioned to become an Entertainment Coordinator for a renowned UK holiday park brand. Ruby is thrilled to join Scarlett Entertainment and eager to collaborate with incredible talent within a hardworking team.

Sarah commenced her performing arts career as a dancer, touring across the U.S.A with the renowned LA Dance Magic company. Her honours degree with NYC’s Pace University led her to dance onboard cruise ships for Holland America where she quickly progressed to leadership roles. Sarah then headed shoreside where she worked for a large international entertainment company in choreography, show development, workshop delivery and management of casts of high-end productions around the world. Sarah is delighted to have the opportunity to bring her rich wealth of industry experience to her latest role and in her own words, ‘it has already been a dream!'. 

From freelance set modelling on animated films such as major director John Stevenson’s ‘Middle Watch’ and 3D environmental modelling for NFTS student project ‘Zellige - the Timemaker of Granada’, Sharleen is a creative artist of exceptional diversity and skill. Her passion for 3D design continues to inform her role at Scarlett Entertainment as video creator and animator. When Sharleen isn’t busy producing innovative digital graphics for the team, she enjoys creating short films of her worldwide travels. She is also a passionate budding barista with a fervour for experimenting with unusual coffee beans from around the world!

Tamzin trained in musical theatre and performed globally for over a decade as a dancer in theatre, onboard cruise ships and within corporate entertainment. In 2014, she progressed into choreography and direction roles for Europe’s leading beach resorts and cruise brands before embarking on a successful career in production. Tamzin worked as an associate choreographer and lead cast rehearsals onboard cruise liners ahead of promotion to show coach for cirque specific projects. Before joining the ranks of Scarlett Entertainment as an account manager, Tamzin’s career also saw her take on the role of company manager for a UK drag tour along with creating a diverse range of choreography for the UK’s leading holiday resorts. She is delighted to be working with Scarlett Entertainment and is excited to share her extensive expertise with her clients within her role.

With a strong background in illustration and a varied career in design, William is firmly a multi-disciplinary creative artist. Following on from a first class honours degree in illustration, William went on to work with major brands such as Conde Nast, Telegraph, Daily Mail, Grand Designs and Henkel. His design work encompasses brand creation, print concepts, UI and UX design, storyboarding, concept art, and both AR and 3D modelling. In his spare time, William enjoys creating children’s well being journals along with nurturing fruit and vegetables in his garden allotment. He also part owns a pirate themed festival bar!
