The motto of this swing dance duo? We’ll make you love dancing as much as we do. The joy of swing dancing is infectious, and Samantha and Brian love sharing that joy with others at 1920s-1950s-themed events. Samantha and Brian bring authentic dancing, fashion, and poise to events, making you feel like you've truly stepped back in time. From ambient dancing to create the perfect atmosphere, stage performances to excite the crowd, group beginner swing dance lessons to set the mood, to dancing with guests to make their experience unique, these two keep the celebration alive! Samantha and Brian specialize in the eras of swing, which include the following events:

  • 1920’s: Dancing The Charleston at Roaring 20’s/Great Gatsby/Jazz Age events
  • 1930s-1940s: Dancing Swing/Lindy Hop at Big Band, WWII, and Harlem Tributes
  • 1950s: Dancing Boogie Woogie at Sock-Hops, Dance Marathons, and American Bandstand events

Beyond swing, this duo also performs Ballroom and Latin dances, and can bring an elegant Waltz, Foxtrot, and Rumba or a lively Salsa, Cha-Cha, or Tango to your event! They also enjoy adding a vintage flair to modern events and are highly flexible with their offerings. With a long-time background in jazz, tap, ballet, and tumbling, Samantha and Brian love mixing dance styles to create your perfect, unique event.

Samantha and Brian have performed, taught, choreographed, and directed together in the birthplace of Swing, New York City, as well as across the United States and internationally in England, France, India, and on the seas! Samantha and Brian are adept in both choreographed and free-style dancing, whether solo or partnered. Samantha and Brian’s credits include current directors and previous featured performers of the Broadway show Swing! for Norwegian Cruise Line, dancers in the Red Hot Chili Peppers music video “Go Robot”, and performances in prestigious venues such as Jazz at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Rainbow Room, Jacob’s Pillow, 92nd Street Y, The Whitney Museum (Samantha), and The Delacorte Theatre for New York City’s Shakespeare in the Park (Brian).
