Austin Drage

Austin was one of ten finalists in the 2008 series of 'X Factor,' the biggest show on UK television.

Simon Cowell personally selected Austin as one of his top three contestants, and upon first hearing him sing, he remarked, "What that boy just did will change his life forever. Wait and see…".

At his final performance, Simon said: "What you did up there was magic. I have to tell you. It really was."

Austin possesses an incredibly natural soul voice, is a highly accomplished guitarist, pianist, and drummer, and is an exceptionally talented songwriter (and dancer!). He has performed throughout the UK as a solo artist and in various bands, supporting numerous acts including Girls Aloud, Lemar, and Westlife, and has built up a dedicated fan base.

Since appearing on X Factor, Austin has supported Rod Stewart, performed for President Clinton, and sung with the 91-piece English Chamber Orchestra plus a full gospel choir at the prestigious ARK Ball. He was also booked to perform at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November 2009, the final race of the Formula One season.

Alongside Austin's evolving music career, he has also earned many television and film credits, including appearing in the film 'Snatch' alongside Brad Pitt in 2000, as well as appearances in The Bill and Casualty.
