In The Picture

It is often said that the greatest asset of any organization is its people; and it is the unique way in which they work together that defines a company and shapes its reputation. Just as much as the company logo, your people embody your brand in every action they take.

In The Picture highlights this theme by bringing it to life, demonstrating the critical importance of each team member to the organization. Upon arrival at your conference, each delegate will have their photograph taken against various colorful backgrounds. During the conference, all the images are processed through our computer system to create a stunning closing program featuring the delegates themselves.

Accompanied by a dramatic music track, they will begin to see images of themselves on the big screen. It starts with a rapid sequence of individual faces, followed by a montage of four faces, then sixteen, then sixty-four. As the view zooms out and the pace quickens, more and more faces are displayed until they are too numerous to count.

The camera view continues to zoom out until the images, now multiplied many times, collectively form the company logo or conference theme message. In the Picture is a captivating three-minute conference finale that celebrates what makes your company exceptional and acknowledges the contributions of your people to its success.
