We offer the versatility for your party to either participate in our chef’s authentic Spanish kitchen in the center of Barcelona or have the class take place in your vacation apartment. Freshness is essential, and our chefs buy only the best local ingredients for the workshops directly from the famous open-air markets in Barcelona. Choose the option to take a Market Tour with your chef, picking out the finest ingredients to create your Paella!

The experience offers a real insight into an authentic Spanish market, followed by working as a team to create your dish under the professional instruction of our chef. At the end of the workshop, there is the opportunity to sit down in beautiful surroundings and sample the wonderful dishes created, while sipping traditional sangria made with red wine, fresh fruit & liquor, and enjoying a truly authentic experience of Barcelona.

We can cater to your specific dietary preferences and make either a Vegetarian Paella or a Traditional Paella Valencia with meat and vegetables instead of seafood.
