Show-Woman Yanela

This exceptionally talented singer, pianist, and performer, Yanela, has had a deep passion for music since she started studying the genre at the age of seven at an academy in Cuba. Now residing in Spain, she is available for corporate and private bookings.

She has performed alongside many renowned musicians, including Cuban star Pablo Milanés, Spanish flamenco-fusion band Ketama, and Javier Gurruchaga’s Orquesta Mondragon "show-band." She has also been a regular presence on TV.

Yanela cites Tina Turner, Chaka Khan, and George Benson as some of her main influences and inspirations over the years. She shares her love for music with her husband, Juan Calleja, a renowned Spanish session and touring band guitarist.

Yanela was thrilled to meet the legendary musician and producer Quincy Jones when she performed at the annual Concordia charity gala at the Hotel Marbella Club.
