We have a great array of tours perfect for groups and corporate outings; if you’ve got an active group a walking tour or bike tour is a great way to explore new places and find some hidden gems whilst hearing historical tales and unknown stories from cities across the globe. If you’re looking for a unique way to explore our Alternative Tours are perfect for an unforgettable group sightseeing trip, our behind the scenes look at the Eiffel Tower is an unmissable experience, or a ghost bus tour or street art tour also creates some brilliant memories for your corporate group, hearing tales of the ghouls and ghosts of London will unite a team like no other activity! 

Alternatively, if you have some foodies in your team, our food and drink tours allow guests to sample the local delicacies whilst learning the cultural history and significance of the most notorious dishes around! With tasting tours, sightseeing tours, car tours, food tours, drink tours and even our street art tours we can offer the perfect afternoon activity whatever your needs. Optional workshops are available with some tours to offer a full day of activities, just let us know what your requirements are.

What can I expect from a tour?

Our corporate group tours are ideal for team building excursions or group incentives and reward trips; give your staff an unmissable opportunity to visit amazing sites and learn the rich history of some of our most loved capital cities, and some of the hidden towns across Europe! All of our tours are led by experienced and multilingual guides who will enlighten your group with secrets, tales and tips on how to get the most out of your city visit. 

Depending on what you’re after our guided tours take you to the well-known sites of your chosen destination or the not so well known and hidden areas of a city. We can also offer a variety of options of how you see the city, either by bike, segway, car or on foot. 

What corporate activities can I choose from?

You are spoilt for choice with Scarlett Entertainment & Events array of corporate group activities available across the world! We have a variety of food and drink tasting activities, treasure hunts, escape rooms, simulator experiences, cookery workshops, watersports and many more! Can I book any workshops to go with a tour?

Yes! Some of our tours also offer workshops afterwards, like our Street Art Tour in London. We can arrange a completely different workshop or activity to follow on from a tour, just let us know your requirements. If you’d like us to arrange lunch or catering we can also include this! 

Do tours include lunch/snacks/dinner?

This is dependent on the tour your group choose and when the tour is! A lot of our group tours include places to stop for food or refreshments, but if a food stop isn’t possible just let us know if you’d like lunch included and we can organise mobile catering for your group.

I want my staff to use and develop a particular skill/s, can you recommend a tour or activity that can do this?

Absolutely! Just let us know what skills or areas you would like to test or expand and we can recommend some different options to suit your needs. For example, our Two Minute Challenges will test participants communication, delegation, quick thinking and time management.

Do any of the tours or activities focus on developing any particular skills?

Yes, all of our activities are designed to be fun and have staff working together, but we can also offer corporate workshops, games or activities that aim to develop a specific skill, our Team Work Challenges focus on communication within teams whilst our Interactive iPad Challenge is designed to test and teach your employees on company values and time management. Just let us know what skills you would like to develop within your team and we can suggest the best options for you. 

What will I or my group gain from a tour or corporate activity?

One of the biggest outcomes of taking part in a group activity, workshop or tour is the shared experience and bond created between staff as they try new activities or complete a corporate workshop, as positive relationships are built on happy, shared experiences. One of our luxury workshops or VIP tours is also a great way to incentivise your employees, and ensure they feel valued. A corporate tour is guaranteed to motivate and reward staff outside of the office, ensuring colleagues continue to work hard. 

What is provided on a tour or activity?

Nearly all of our tours and activities will come fully inclusive with equipment and materials; if you are required to provide anything or bring any equipment with you, our helpful events team will let you know when discussing options. The majority of activities will just require a group of keen participants! 

What languages are the tours and activities available in?

Most of our group workshops and corporate activities are available in English and depending on where they are based, can offer tour guides or workshop leaders in other languages, take a look at each activity page for more information. Alternatively, just let us know what language/s your group speak when enquiring and we can check guide availability or arrange any translation/translator needs. 

How many guests can take part in the group tours and activities? 

This is very dependent on the group sightseeing trip or activity is chosen; if you have a very large group, tours may need to be split up, but arrangements will always be made where possible to cater for large teams. Most activities or tours are available for groups of 10 up to 300, check each activity page for more detailed information.

Are the group tours and activities private and available only for my group?

All of our tours and corporate workshops are available privately with your own guide or activity leader, some activities do have a minimum number of participants or may have the option not to be private and available with other groups/members of the public, but one of our event coordinators will let you know the options available before booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Some of our activities are available as indoor workshops so are perfect for any weather! Tours are available in most weathers, just make sure you and your group are appropriately dressed for the weather. If you don’t want to take a risk on the weather, we can propose a variety of indoor activities for you and your group, have a browse here.

Some of the activities and tours would mean my group need to stay overnight, could you help organise this in a package?

Of course! Just let us know your requirements and we can look after all of the logistics, Scarlett Entertainment & Events have a wealth of experience of looking after all aspects of an event and can arrange as little or as much as you wish.

How long are the group sightseeing tours and activities?

Most of our tours last around an hour or two or can be all day. If you have a tight schedule to keep to, just let our events team know when enquiring and we can suggest the most suitable activities! Alternatively, if you have several days of activities or workshops to fill, we can suggest a full itinerary. Each activity or tour page will give more details on duration. 

Can any of the activities come to our office?

Yes! A lot of our activities are mobile and can travel to your office or a venue of your choice. Our tasting experiences work especially well as a mobile activity, with simple setup requirements, they make a great corporate reward. Let us know your preferences on a mobile activity and we can do the rest!

I’m booking a week-long excursion for my staff, can you arrange a week of activities and workshops and our accommodation, food and travel in one package?

Definitely; our experience in excursions and corporate getaways means we can put together the perfect tailor-made package to suit your requirements, just let us know your brief and we can do the rest. 

Can any of the tours or activities be customised or branded to suit our company/brand?

Some of our workshops and activities have the option to be customised to feature company logos and branding or themed to suit a specific subject. For example, our Team Animation UK is perfect if you’re looking for a bespoke activity, groups can create an animation specific to your company and feature your logos and colours throughout. Our Company Calendar Creation is a great option for this, as guests work together coming up with ideas for photos and then get a bespoke copy of a branded calendar as a bespoke and unique corporate reward! Copies could also be sent to VIP clients or guests.
