Aerial Dance Performer

Aerial Dance Performer Sita is a dedicated and talented instructor and choreographer who specializes in aerial performances for all types of events. She performs on various apparatuses, including silks, lyra, trapeze, and hammock.

Growing up in Los Angeles among artists, Sita's inspiration to become a performer began at a young age. In 1998, she joined a renowned dance troupe and an internationally acclaimed company known for blending dance and acrobatics with large-scale interactive stage props. She toured with them for five years, continually advancing her expertise in progressive acrobatic dance. Sita also served as the rehearsal director for the troupe and was part of the original team for many of the company’s productions.

From 2003 to 2009, Sita was a performer and member of the creative team for the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil. This unique project allowed her to collaborate with many top-tier artists, including costume, lighting, and set designers, puppeteers, choreographers, and directors, further broadening her extensive experience.

Today, Sita regularly performs in theatrical productions, as well as in film and television, and can be seen in the film “Water for Elephants.” She has performed with many prestigious companies and venues, including Zen Arts, Bella Circo, E Plus Ent, A-Max Ent, Way2Much Ent, Luminario Ballet, and Cirque Berzerk.

Bringing her high-quality act to various events, Sita can perform solo, duo, or group acts. Performance venues encompass theatrical events, outdoor gatherings, cabarets, nightclubs, and more. Each act can be featured (choreographed to a specific music track) or ambient (improvised with a DJ).
