Celtic Tribal Group New Zealand
From the Scottish Highlands to New Zealand’s active volcanoes, this bagpipe and percussion group consists of genuine Scottish born and bred musicians. Our Celtic Tribal Group New Zealand provides Scottish tribal music centered around bagpipes and percussion for audiences worldwide. They are the winners of the International Celtic Artist of the Year at the Australian Music Awards purely based on their live and TV appearances. This is the first and only time an artist without recorded music has won this accolade.
With pulsating rhythms and stirring melodies, our Celtic Tribal Group New Zealand draws its heritage from traditional Scottish Tribal music. They offer energetic performances that are equally impressive on stage as they are in the streets. Their lively shows are often featured at fetes and festivals in and around the Auckland area and are a fantastic way to energize an audience.
Specializing in bagpipes and percussion, the tribal music band doesn’t require any amplification and can perform almost anywhere. Their instruments are mobile, giving the tribal music band the freedom to move around freely.
Not only is Celtic Tribal Group New Zealand an excellent choice for family-friendly public events, but their Scottish tribal music is also perfect for sporting events and any occasion themed around Scotland or Celtic heritage.
This Celtic tribal group is led by a professional session drummer and percussionist with experience with The Glasgow Philharmonic, Ayrshire Philharmonic, BBC Orchestra, Dead-End-Kids, Deacon Blue, Bad Kangaroo, Eddie Reader, Trash-Can-Sinatras, Love Decree, and John Martyn. He is accompanied by other percussionists and a multi-instrumentalist bagpipe player.
Contact us at Scarlett Entertainment if you need the sounds of Scottish tribal music for your event, and this Celtic tribal group is sure to deliver.
