Our Cookery Workshop is located at a newly developed cookery school in Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant, Amsterdam. The space is uniquely styled, transformed from an old warehouse with a focus on modern industrial décor. The project aims to provide programs to help young students, offering them a new opportunity to change their lives.

Featuring three industrial cookery stations and a variety of workshops to choose from, tailored for groups of up to forty people, it's the perfect choice for VIP incentive days, fun corporate team events, and team-building activity days in Amsterdam.

This innovative addition to the restaurant offers a selection of three 2.5-hour workshops with a professional chef, emphasizing fresh, local, and organic produce that is responsibly sourced. Tuition will also cover the importance of seasonal ingredients and sustainability, making it suitable for incentive trips for companies with a conscience.

The workshops begin with an introduction and some theoretical information, followed by the cooking tutorial. After learning how to prepare different cuisines, participants will sit together to enjoy the dishes they have created. Studio Fifteen currently offers three different workshops, from mastering the perfect steak to preparing an authentic Italian supper 'il primo piatto' and creating Aperitifs and Antipasti. Each workshop is ideal for a team-building activity, corporate day, or additional VIP group excursion.

• A choice of three different workshops is offered

• After the workshop, groups will have the opportunity to sit down together for dinner and taste the dishes created
• The workshops last approximately two and a half hours
• The three signature workshops include: The Perfect Steak, A Real Italian Supper, and Aperitifs and Antipasti
• There is an option to tailor your workshop to your preferences
