Our Cookery Workshop is based at a recently developed cookery school situated at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant, Amsterdam. A uniquely stylised space, converted from an old warehouse with a focus on modern industrial decor and an exceptional ethos behind the project that focuses on providing a programme to help young students, offering a new opportunity to transform their lives. 

Featuring three industrial cookery stations and hosting a variety of workshops to choose from, tailored for groups of up to forty people making it the perfect option for VIP incentive days, fun corcorate team events and team building activity days, Amsterdam. 

This new and unique element to the restaurant, offers a variety of a variety of three 2.5 hour workshops with a professional chef, with a strong focus on fresh, local and organic produce that is responsibly sourced, tuition will also be given on the importance of seasonal ingredients and sustainability, suitable for incentive trips for companies with a conscience.

The workshops begin with an introduction and some theoretical information, after which the cooking tutorial will begin. After learning how to make different cuisine, participants will sit down together for dinner and taste the various dishes created. Studio Fifteen currently offer three different workshops, from mastering the perfect steak to preparing an authentic Italian supper ‘il primo piatto’ and learning how to create Aperitifs and Antipasti, all of which would make for the perfect team building activity, corporate day or additional VIP group excursion.

Useful Tips 

• A choice of three different workshops are offered
• All workshops are suitable for groups of between 10 and 40 people
• After the workshop groups will have the opportunity to sit down together for dinner and taste the dishes created
• The workshops last approximately two and a half hours
• The three signature workshops consist of: The Perfect Steak, A Real Italian Supper and Aperitifs and Antipasti 
• There is an option to tailor your workshop to your personal preference
