Dragon Squad
In Chinese culture, the dragon dance is a traditional performance often showcased during festive celebrations. In this thrilling Chinese dragon event, effectively managing time, planning, and delegating team resources will be essential for success.
Dragons are believed to bring good fortune and symbolize great power, dignity, fertility, wisdom, and prosperity. Though their appearance is both intimidating and bold, dragons have a benevolent nature and eventually became symbols of imperial authority. Dragon Squad allows teams to collaborate and achieve remarkable goals. This activity presents various challenges to any group.
Apart from the construction part of the exercise, teams will tackle problem-solving tasks, network on multiple levels, and express their creativity. By fostering motivation and momentum from the outset, participants will be inspired as they witness their company leader drumming loudly and powerfully, beat by beat. Whether you are constructing the head, the tail, or participating in the design group, teamwork will be key.
Each dragon cannot be completed without team members executing their assigned tasks. Once finished, each team will perform a dragon dance with their uniquely created dragons. Teams earn points based on their creativity and performance, resulting in a winning team. The dragonheads can be taken back to the workplace as a reminder of the company's collaborative success.
