Folk-pop sensation Melanie is a singer-songwriter and a world-class musician on the guitar and banjo.
Having studied guitar and voice at a Jazz Pop Music College in the 1990s, Melanie started touring bars and clubs in Canada with rock and country bands.
With a voice described as “like chocolate,” Melanie now performs her own hits to audiences worldwide, including President William J. Clinton, and has even shared the stage with Diana Krall, Faith Hill, and Chaka Khan.
During Christmas 2009, she sang in Afghanistan for the troops, and her extensive tours have also taken her to perform in Finland, USA, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Estonia, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland, The Czech Republic, and Canada.
