Innovation Challenge Barcelona

The Innovation Challenge in Barcelona offers an excellent occasion for workgroups and colleagues from various departments to connect better. Invite your team to tackle a new challenge together by participating in this creative thinking workshop—a corporate teambuilding activity designed to test creativity, teamwork, and time management skills.

Multiple teams will compete against each other in this three-hour interactive teambuilding exercise. This product design project involves identifying a market gap and creating an innovative product to fill it. Initially, all teams of creative minds will brainstorm together to find different solutions. Once they decide on an idea, they will work to bring it to life.

Teams will be allocated a budget to invest wisely in different materials and equipment necessary for building their product. The aim of this product design project is to foster efficient communication among colleagues and enhance their analytical and problem-solving skills through collaboration.

At the conclusion of this interactive teambuilding exercise, teams will present their creations to one another. All products will be evaluated and tested by a panel of judges (our qualified staff members), and the winners will be awarded medals.
