From intimate cocktail parties to private weddings and large-scale gala dinners, this Jive Party Band delivers an authentic swingin' sound to your event.
The band features some of London's top young swing jazz musicians. These talented individuals regularly perform with acts like Jools Holland, Stacy Kent, Bryan Ferry, and Ray Gelato's Giants, and have appeared on TV shows including Johnny Vaughan and The Big Breakfast. This truly is an all-star band. Vocals are mainly provided by Anjali, an emerging singer in the London jazz scene; however, trombonist Malcolm and sax player Alex can also contribute male vocals. The rest of the band includes piano, bass, drums, guitar, trumpet, and two saxophones. The band can be booked as a full nine-piece or in more compact line-ups to suit your personal requirements or budget.
The band frequently performs at swing jazz venues like The 100 Club, Carisbrooke Hall, and Blue Jays Jazz Club, as well as at weddings, dances, and corporate functions where their retro flair creates an exceptional musical atmosphere, perfect for getting guests of all ages onto the dance floor.
