At 19, KoKoh formed and headlined her own jazz band, captivating label executives. She has graced the stage alongside artists like Charlie Wilson & The Gap Band, Keith Sweat, Brian McKnight, Christopher Williams, and Norwood Young as a backup singer. KoKoh even had the honor of sharing her stage and band with the legendary Phyllis Hyman. She has also performed at the Long Beach Jazz Festival, a renowned event showcasing smooth jazz stars.
Since then, she has become an international sensation. KoKoh was invited to China during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The day after Barack Obama was elected, she was the featured vocalist for the grand opening of the Mayflower3 Feeling Bar in the Shangri La Changchun Hotel.
