Luigi Mazzolo

With over 8 Constructor World Championships in F1 as Technical Director of the test team and 6 Driver World Championships as Test Team Manager, Luigi's skills and experience in the world of motor racing are extensive. Boasting more than 20 years of experience with Ferrari Formula One, from 1988 until 2009, Luigi Mazzalo now uses his expertise in corporate training and performance development.

With talent, charisma, and expert leadership, he has managed hundreds of people as Head of the test team across several departments, always inspiring his staff and bringing out the best in them. As his role at Ferrari evolved, Luigi developed extensive skills in resource management and executive coaching and became a recognized ACC at ICF, the International Coaching Federation. Working alongside well-known names such as Michael Schumacher, Ross Brawn, and Valentino Rossi, he developed a model of performance excellence known as S.P.I.R.A.L, Performance Coaching for Solutions Leadership for Decisions; a coaching model that has already created many benefits and continues to be refined.

These skills are shared with audience members in both English and Italian at corporate events and seminars throughout the region and can be applied to many industries worldwide.
