What happens in the Musical Festival Virtual Bingo?
Your Music Festival Bingo host will join the virtual event to welcome guests and set the tone for an hour of festival-themed excitement! The host will ensure everyone knows how to use their bingo cards and explain the rules of the game.
Throughout the event, guests will watch and listen to clips of festival performances. The virtual bingo game goes beyond just recognizing the song or artist; guests will be tested on festival trivia and must stay alert for visual clues.
How do guests receive their bingo cards?
Players can either receive a digital bingo card to use on their tablet or smartphone or choose to print it out in advance.
We can also provide custom printed bingo cards as an add-on or included within a VIP festival gift box sent to guests before the event.
How long is the Music Festival Virtual Bingo?
Each bingo game lasts 60 minutes. We can tailor the duration based on your requirements, with options ranging from 30 to 90 minutes.
How many participants can take part?
This experience is available via Zoom and can accommodate up to 500 guests. Please inquire if another platform is required.

Our VIP festival gift box is designed to give guests everything they need to get into the festival spirit. This can include a beverage and snacks to enjoy throughout the event, inflatable instruments, and festival-inspired headwear. You can also opt to have your bingo card printed and receive a personalized notecard.
