Recycled Instruments Show
This thrilling and unique stage show, based in Bavaria, features a variety of homemade instruments, some familiar and some completely original.
Inspired by two of the world’s major issues: financial crisis and the urgent need to protect the environment, this stage show originates from a resourceful professor's scientific paper “Scrap to Music”. It details how a musician could address these two problems simultaneously by creating musical instruments out of scrap.
To illustrate this intriguing yet feasible theory, the professor invites his two students to join him on stage. One has lost his place in a band due to the destruction of his instruments, and the other is a former car mechanic turned musician. Under the professor's expert guidance, they recycle scrap into musical instruments using items as varied as pipes and faucet spouts!
Their homemade instruments produce fantastic sounds, bringing new life and depth to a repertoire of songs that spans the last 300 years!
Combining comedy with a serious message, this fun and exciting show is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before! Perfect for green and sustainable themed events, and much more, the show can be performed for international audiences in German, English, or Italian.
