Richard Hill
Throughout his illustrious international career, Rugby World Cup winner Richard Hill earned recognition as one of the world’s premier defensive players. Known as the ‘Silent Assassin,’ Richard consistently showcased his high-level performance for both his club, Saracens, and his country, establishing himself as the ultimate professional.
From a young age, Richard has always been passionate about Rugby, starting at the U-16 level. Achieving 71 victories for his country, Richard soon earned the title of the British Lion. Shortly thereafter, he became an essential player in securing the Rugby World Cup in 2003.
Since retiring, Richard has contributed to Saracens in business development, community outreach, and as an academy mentor. He is now a pivotal figure in the England setup, holding a seat on the RFU Council, and acting as a consultant to the RFU, helping to identify, mentor, and develop young players both on and off the field.
Following his distinguished career, Richard accrued 71 caps for his country. He now serves on the Rugby Football Union (RFU) Council and provides consultancy services, mentoring young players on and off the field.
