Shola Kaye - Keynote Speaker

Shola Kaye is an award-winning international speaker and the author of two books focused on communication, inclusive leadership, and empathy at work. Shola has a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and has been part of neuroscience research at the U.S. Centres for Disease Control (CDC), Atlanta. She is dedicated to helping organisations foster inclusive, high-performing cultures where people feel they truly belong.
