Once they have an idea of the types of sushi dishes that can be created with the available facilities and ingredients, the teams will decide on their sushi creation and then prepare, cook, and serve their dish. The final product will be judged by our master chef, who will determine which team has showcased the best sushi-making skills - teams must remember that presentation is just as important as taste in the sushi world!
